 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Success Pond Road was about as good as we'd seen it in winter. Mid-clearance/AWD helped, but smaller cars stand a chance.
We drove in to the road just southeast of the peak (shown on USGS starting at a 1627 spot elevation). There was enough room to park roadside without blocking. |

 | Comments: |
We followed the road for a little less than a mile onto the east slope of the peak and bushwhacked up to the recognized highpoint in young hardwoods. There were a few to several inches of powder over a supportive base. |
