No issues. The first crossing was completely iced over with ice that was as clear as glass. It was solid but really strange to walk across. |

Good conditions for dogs but the only ones I saw today were a team pulling a sled down the road. |

It was a beautiful day with amazing views and almost zero wind. I spent a good amount of time on the open ridge and then on the summit enjoying the warm sun. I wore microspikes for the road walk and part way up the trail and then put on snow shoes and kept them on until I reached the road again. The track from yesterday was drifted over at higher elevations. The trail might be a little choppy after today from two groups without snow shoes but it is broken out. |
