Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: i parked on old rt 10 in enfield at the start of the gated access road up snow. there is a kiosk for the snow mountain conservation area, but no plowed parking. i was able to get two wheels in the snow bank and given the nature of the road that was good enough. might not be advisable while active snow removal is underway.

Comments
Comments: the access road was packed by some sort of large snow cat and a snowmobile had ridden up as well. where the main road turned to the communications tower on a sub peak i continued straight on the snomo track until getting past the small pond where i turned right on the road that runs up to the old signal tower. this had been snowmo travelled prior to the last storm so going was good. from the tower i made the short bushwhack to the highpoint. returned in my tracks.
