Comments
Comments: These trails have seen a lot of use the past couple days and they are in great shape - a snow shoe highway. We bare booted the lower section up to the Wilderness sign and then out on snow shoes for the steep climbing. It was definitely the right choice. There were 6/7 in our group. We broke out the trail to the South peak but were followed by a few bare booters so not sure what that section might look like now. It was a cold start -6 but with clear skies. It warmed up nicely during the day with temps in the mid 20s when we finished at 3pm. Thanks for a good day Per, Georg, Cory, Bob, Bryant and Larry!
