Lonesome Lake Trail is totally packed from Lafayette Place. I only did the first section of the trail but it must be the same all the way to the hut. Hi-Cannon is packed but there were two bare-booters going up and three skiers coming down in boots. I think there was only one snowshoer other than myself. As such, the trail is really choppy. Bring snowshoes and the trail may smooth out to a nice snowshoe track if it doesn’t freeze up too much tonight. |
