Comments: Gile State Forest Peaks

Nice bushwhack loop under cloudy skies. Full snow cover, some crusty areas, definitely snowshoes the whole way.

Started out up Noyes Road, crossed the snomo trail and headed down an old logging corridor towards Gile SF Hill in East Springfield. Crossed a logged patch with brush and regenerating shrubs (nice views out) then woods to the summit. Continued bushwhack along the ridge mostly through open hardwoods, hitting some of the other highpoints. Another logged patch before Gile SF Hill #2 (Morgan Pond Pk) with some blowdowns. Avoided the steeps down to the snomo trail continuation of Perley Rd down to the snomo trail back to Noyes Rd.
