Lots of hikers out today. Conditions were perfect. Spikes to the hut then snowshoes. We did use spikes again from the Col between Bond and Bond Cliff where it’s a little boney. We switched back to snowshoes until Lincoln Woods then spikes. A few hikers just wore spikes but in the soft snow snowshoes were much better. There is some activity on Lend A Hand, Eathan Pond and the Twinway north at the junction with BondCliff. Great temps and minimal wind but much fog though nice views as we got further south. |
