Water Crossing Notes: Bridged for the moment but weakening quickly

Trail Maintenance Notes: Three blowdowns on the Ethan Pond trail but easily bypassed.

Dog-Related Notes: Lauky had no problems at all today even though I did.

Comments
Comments: I found the steeps very difficult today. Had it not been for my ice ax (Thor), I would never have made it up. It also served to slow me down a bit on the steep descents. The stairs, except for one section, were totally covered.
