Hard to beat the weather today, bright sun, little or no wind, 100 mile plus visibility. Valley Way well packed down, I only used Hillsound Microspikes all day, my partner used microspikes to the hut and switched to crampons for the hike to the summit and down Valley Way.
Quite a few folks on the trails with quite a few who were doing Adams an Madison.
Hard to beat for January, reminded me of march or april day.
Met the enthusiastic Tuckerman's Brewery employee from Jackson with her dog. |
