The first was an easy rock hop, the other two were a solid ice bridge. |

Saw one dog just leaving the parking lot as I was heading to my truck. |

Left a piece of black paracord with a silver carabiner on a tree on the right side of the trail(I think) not far beyond the ski trail lookout(1.2 miles from the trailhead)
If you find it, consider it a gift from Moose and I, I already picked up a new biner at EMS on the way home. |

Leave the snowshoes at your car. I made the mistake of carrying my 7 lbs. 36 inch Tubbs Mountaineers the entire trip.
I barebooted it for the first 1.2 miles, then put on my microspikes , right where I left the paracord/biner.
Sosman trail is not as well travel and the sign is missing, just two lag bolts in a tree. |
