Some water crossings were bridged and the rest were very easy with low water and rocks to step on. |

We pretty much had to break trail the whole way up. Snow was heavy and wet with slush underneath in some areas. Snow depth approaching 2 feet the higher we got (2200 ft).Very tough breaking trail and it's been awhile for the 2 of us so we turned around at the intersection of the Lawrence trail,short of Paugus pass.Good opportunity for someone to break out the rest of the way. Snowshoes all the way. |
