Reached summit prior to rain/snow storm that day, Very windy up to 40-50 gusts at peak with visibility 20 ft. Would have been much nicer on a clear day. Even under poor conditions, the hike up was easy. Most people wearing microspikes and doing just fine. There were 1-2 areas crampons were nice but certainly not required. Peak is mostly rocks with scattered ice. |
