Could not cross the Swift River as it was wide open and looked to be more than 18" deep. Possibly freezing up after the cold this week. |

He had a great 0.4 mile jaunt from the Kanc to the river and back. |

| Comments: |
Wanted to redline the loop, but could not cross the river given the ~50 yard wide flowing 2 feet of water. From the road to the river is completely packed down as it looks like a group of 6-10 had camped at one of the nearby sites for a day or two. No idea what the trail conditions are across the river. |
