Comments
Comments: Snowshoes are a must.

Old Mountain Road on the Holderness side had about a foot of powder on it. At present, a decent snowshoe track is broken out, but it is not well consolidated.

Crawford Ridgepole Trail had some carnage from some barebooters. We did our best to clean up the postholes before anything potentially sets up tonight (temperatures were near freezing when the sun briefly came out). Some drifted areas were two feet deep.

Barebooters continued spinning their wheels down the CRT, and then in the direction of Cotton. We broke out Prescott, eventually hitting some pre-storm ski tracks near the bottom. The lower elevation on the eastern side had closer to 6-8" of snow, but snowshoes were still ideal.

The other side of Old Mountain Road had been chewed up by someone wearing crampons (!), which looked to be unpleasant where they postholed through the snow into slush. We hopefully cleaned up/set up a better track with our snowshoes.
