Comments: One set of tracks on OBP after the new snow on Thursday. We caught up to them midway to the hut and it turned out to be Greenleaf & Pie. Snowshoes up to the ridge, then micros as the ridge was very bare exceptions for some ice & drifts.

Lucky us...we got to break out from haystack to liberty and it didn’t look like anyone had been there in quite some. 10-14” of snow here. Made it over liberty to see that again the trail was not broken. Ran into a couple coming up from flume part way down.

Osseo was broken out and would have been a beautiful snowshoe track except for...well you know...what is it with people and their crampons in unpacked powder...it’s like showing up to play golf with a hockey stick. A wind free day on the ridge and lovely snow. Bring your snowshoes.
