Another coating of snow fell yesterday afternoon and drifted somewhat significantly in places last night.
A barebooter did some damage on the first two thirds of the trail, but didn't make it any further. I cleaned up what I could with snowshoes and hopefully others follow suit before the pending thaw and freeze. The trail is not consolidated enough to support boot traffic.
About a foot of snowpack. Apart from the postholes, good snowshoeing conditions. |
