| Comments: |
7 of us broke out the trail from Beaver Brook out/back up Gale River Trail to Galehead, South Twin & North Twin. Most of the time there was about 4-5" of fluffy fresh snow on top of a packed trail from hikers on previous days. Some spots had drifts up to 10" but breaking trail wasn't much of a problem. We used snow shoes the whole day and there were only a couple spots where there were exposed rocks. |
