Comments
Comments: A fair amount of new snow below treeline. On the steep parts by the brook, below the new snow was a thick layer of ice. On less steep parts, it was somewhat-packed snowdrifts under the new snow. One person without snowshoes ended up turning around because she was postholing so much.
