Comments
Comments: Lots of blowdowns and leaners to get around, mostly down low. Snow depths 15"-18" or so. Small streams still running and not frozen so those areas are still wet. People postholing. There was a large group of 10+ who appeared to not wear their snowshoes up but they did wear them down so the trail should be nicely packed out.

We wore our 'shoes as did a few others out today. Please respect your fellow hikers and the trails and "Wear your snowshoes" on snowy trails to prevent postholing and make the trails easier to hike.

Also remember that at this time of year, every pee one takes shows up on the white snow. Please brush some snow over your pee spots when done so we don't have to look at your dehydrated state of being. Thanks!
