Parking is roadside. |

Snow - Unpacked Powder, Snow - Drifts, Snow/Ice - Postholes |
|

Snowshoes |
|
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
All the brook crossings are rock-hoppable or step-overs. I found poles helpful. |
|
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
There are nice fresh yellow blazes after you cross into the Sandwich Range Wilderness, which is nice! Blazes less apparent on the ridge...untracked trail between North and Middle a little hard to follow...luckily a snowshoe hare was showing me the way! |

 | Dog-Related Notes: |

 | Bugs: |
Um, people barebooting on the snowshoe track? |

 | Comments: |
There should be at least 4 sets of out-and back snowshoe tracks on these trails today, but with fresh snow and wind, I would expect the ridge to be blown in again by tommorrow! Otherwise, trail is in really nice shape and highly recommend this trip. |
