Comments
Comments: Jewell trail down low is icy, but crunchy with good bite (and an aftertaste of beech leaves and spruce tips...) Up higher towards treeline it becomes beautiful packed powder. Crampons necessary (at least for me) on Gulfside. Saw more women than men above treeline today- go us!
