Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: The brook crossing near the beginning of Fletchers Cascade Trail was no problem, but you do want microspikes because the rocks have ice on them.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: One large pine tree across the trail up close to the cascades. More of a climb over, than a step over, it's a big tree. Not far after the brook crossing there's a big leaner. Easy walk under, but a future climb over, another big one.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw one dog on Drakes Brook Trail, paw prints on Fletchers Cascade Trail.

Comments
Comments: May as well put your microspikes on as soon as you get out of the car. The parking lot is like a skating rink and a lot of ice on the trails, especially up near the cascades.
