One tricky crossing on Slippery Brook Trail, otherwise manageable step overs. |

Patchy snow for the first few miles. We barebooted until the last mile or so of the Slippery Brook trail, then switched to microspikes from there to the summit. Eastman Mtn Trail was not broken out, but it is now. A bit unstable, but the four of us smoothed it out a bit. I wouldn't say snowshoes are necessary yet. |
