We were able to park at the end of King St (icy but driveable) in Washington at a small pullout where it turns into the Class VI road. |

The MSG has been rerouted north of Jackson Hill via the former-spur Barney Brook Trail.
We opted for the out-and-back on the recently and well-blazed section.
Ground conditions ranged anywhere from bare ground and leaves to ice to a few inches of slushy snow.
