Walked a little bit up the road to an electrical wire then set out across the open field towards the base of the peak. Entered the open woods and started climbing fairly steeply to the summit. Hit all the high points on the wide flat summit. Only 'jar' we found was a glass beer bottle sticking off of a branch on one. Headed back down to the field and the cars. Stopped to admire the awesome views towards Cannon when we hit the road near our car. |
