Parking/Access Road Notes: Plenty of Parking at Ferncroft.

Surface Conditions: Ice - Black, Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Snow - Drifts, Snow/Ice - Postholes

Recommended Equipment: Light Traction, Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Snow bridges not stable. Log on Dicey's Mill very slick.  
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail in good shape. Signs and Blazes are faded but intact.  
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: I had my dog, Had to lift her twice going up the ledges. We followed another set of dog tracks all day but never saw them.

Comments
Comments: Wore crampons from the first open ledges on Blueberry until the log on Dicey Mills. They where probably overkill for most of it but nice to have on for some of the ice hiding under the snow.
