Comments
Comments: Well we started out with umbrellas and rain jackets. It was raining and so picked a few small nh500 peaks. We got on the wet road and after the first little hill found the snow to be upto 6” deep at times. It was still decent walking just barebooting. Up at the split we took the right towards the cabin and went past it until we saw the rock cairn. We took a right into the woods and wow was it open this time of year! There were no hunting and no snowmobile signs up. We made out way on the very patchy snow ground and we were up in no time. We signed the register and a forestry sign and headed back the way we came. If it was not so warm we may have seen the view behind the cabin the rain stopped and we were back to the car and off to the next!
