Comments
Comments: Very windy day! Patches of black ice that looked like wet rock but wasn't popped up throughout the day. Most of the snow melted from recent rainfall but patches of ice were strewn here and there. Could get around everything with some crafting sidestepping. Used poles the whole way for stability. Some surprises of the sun peaking out. Trails past Mt. Major were sloppy wet and overgrown. Recommend going up Boulder Loop Trail to start since it is steeper than the other side.
