A quick hike before the incoming weather. Minimal snow and ice didn't start until about halfway up SMT. I put on rock spikes for one section but quickly took them off again. The upper ledges have a lot of icy sections, but all are easily avoidable. Some areas of black ice that you may want to double check before stepping on. |
