Comments
Comments: Wonderful day, albeit poor visibility above treeline. We used microspikes until the Pierce summit, after that snowshoes were a must and we switched to the ones we brought. Heading over to Eisenhower and back required a little care to stay on path in spots. There was one other pair ahead of us and that helped as we both were cleaning off the carins as we went up and down the cone. With the warm/rain/cold coming again I expect it all to get frozen up pretty good.
