Plenty at Ferncroft when we arrived at 8:45 AM. Road is a bit slick in spots. |

The one on Diceys mill was rock hoppable ( with spikes) a bit of ice forming on the rocks. There’s also still a large log that can be used to walk across. |

Trail is in great shape. No new blow downs. |

Saw loads of dogs of all types, all happily hiking. Loved the ones with the cow bells! |

Great day to head up mount Passaconaway for our fall season grid. Expected strong and cold winds, only felt wind around the summit. Glad we didn’t bail based on the wind forecasted. Road walk in is a little icy. Great day to get out there. After the supposed snows tomorrow and Monday I think snowshoes will be necessary. It was nice to leave them in the car today. |
