 | Comments: |
This first quarter mile of the trail is not snow packed but once you're past that - it's all monorail. I wore snowshoes the entire time, big mistake. Only required spikes. It was pretty cold starting out and the wind peaks through at some places on the trail but it was a wonderful day to be outside. Everyone was so friendly. I was happy to see so many people: young kids, teens, parents, everyone. Winter hiking is for everyone ! |
