| Dog-Related Notes: |
Hiked with my dog, only concerns were high winds at the summit. Otherwise, very passable for canines. |

| Comments: |
The trail was well packed from the parking lot to about 0.5mi to the summit. From there out, it was a mix of loose packed powder and snow drifts. The winds have made the trail confusing very close to the summit, so make sure you pay attention to what direction you should be in. Otherwise a great winter hike.
We wore spikes the whole way up. Snowshoes could have been more helpful on the looser powder, but we were too lazy to put them on and managed without. |
