 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
I parked at the maintained end of Sky Pond Road in New Hampton where it turns Class VI. One vehicle was parked at the boat launch. Recent evidence of high-clearance vehicles continuing up the road to the gate. |

 | Water Crossing Notes: |
The stream crossing was partially frozen and easily hopped over. I wouldn't put weight on the ice yet. |
|
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The blazing on the short footpath section needs to be redone. |

Nothing. |

 | Comments: |
A quick trip up to the ledge and back. Minimal crunchy snow cover with a layer of ice underneath in spots, but traction not needed today. As I was walking out, two bow hunters were headed in, so don't forget your orange! |
