I parked in the lot at the town forest gate on Tarleton Road in Epsom, off Mountain Road. The unmaintained section of the road is fine for any vehicle with care. This section is not maintained in winter and limited alternate parking (sign) is available at the junction with Mountain Road. |

| Comments: |
A little walk before the weather moves in. Dry trails all around aside from a couple of puddles along Tarleton Road. Hunters had driven in further and there was gunfire about so be sure to wear blaze orange, dogs too. There's an obvious reminder at the trailhead about this. ;) |
