Comments
Comments: Spectacular loop, a favorite in less traveled trails (3 people all day). Old Clough up to Quarry / Rand split then counterclockwise to Rand, Klem, Mack, Anna, the Straightback and then the Quarries. Back track to between west / East quarry and took Reed Rd Trail back down.

View from outlook beyond East Quarry is a favorite with Mt Major and Lake Winnipesaukee in full impressive view. The exposed area along Straightback is gorgeous. Done this loop. Unwrought times and is always great.

Light snow all day on ground and doable with spikes, that said be aware there are icey spots, hidden ice under leaves and some ice flows forming. Spikes are suggested to be brought as they will be needed sooner rather than later.

Cut out the 2 big blowdowns between Rand and Klem for convenience going into winter.
