Lot was overflowing when I finished at 11:15am. Road was passable with 2 WD, low clearance vehicles (not for long!). |

Crossings were mellow, although easier with traction on the ice/snow covered rocks. |

A blue zip-top shirt is hanging from the sign at the trail's start. |

| Comments: |
Trail had a couple of inches of fresh snow, packed down, from bottom to top. Minimal ice. Nice conditions for spikes, although many were doing fine without them. There were a couple of short stretches with minor mud. Parties I met were headed down both Lend-a-Hand and Firewarden's, so those trails will have seen some use, as well.
Beautiful day up there with snow on the trees and many content hikers on the trail. Cheers to the fun group from the 'Daks! |
