Comments
Comments: Trail had a couple of inches of fresh snow, packed down, from bottom to top. Minimal ice. Nice conditions for spikes, although many were doing fine without them. There were a couple of short stretches with minor mud. Parties I met were headed down both Lend-a-Hand and Firewarden's, so those trails will have seen some use, as well.
Beautiful day up there with snow on the trees and many content hikers on the trail. Cheers to the fun group from the 'Daks!
