| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Prior to water crossing at 1.5 miles several large blowdowns easily ducked under, right after crossing 1 blowdown that with small trees does obscure the path up hill- higher up on the switchbacks - 5 blowdowns several large but easily gotten over or under - trimmed branches on one to clear a path underneath |

Now that path is a bit more packed up high a great trail for the canines |
|
| Bugs: |
Actually saw a few today |
|
| Lost and Found: |
Still the sign at trailhead for person who lost Tubbs - didn't see them anywhere along trail |

| Comments: |
A do over to get to the top after my Sunday trip where I had to turn around. A special thanks to the person who broke the trail to the top. Trail well packed up to water crossing at 1.5 miles, followed one set of tracks from there up the switchbacks and consolidated their efforts - between this person and my effort the trail is now fairly well packed to the summit - wet and sticky down low and a bit deeper and softer higher up on the switchbacks but a good solid trail even across the sidehills. Be prepared all the way up the switchbacks since you'll be pushing through branches and limbs all the way up and there are a few really nasty eye pokers. |
