Great day for a hike. The trail is easy to follow. At the turn to Galehead hut, the ice became a big problem; all of it was black ice including frozen boot prints too. Not enough ice for spikes, but slowed down the hiking time significantly. The trail up was wet, but nothing out of the ordinary given the rain last week. trail |
