Had a hike hike up to gray knob to spend the night. The trail was VERY wet and VERY icy Saturday as well as Sunday morning. Spikes are necessary considering the amount of ice and water present and considering the temps. I didn’t use mine however from here on out I think hikers will be using them at least on this trail due to all the water present. |
