Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Signage seemed okay, Blazing was appreciated, especially on the ridge. One duck- or crawl-under on CBT, a few duck-unders on the ridge; one walk-around on the ascent of North Hancock. With current snow levels, watch out for potential eye-poking branches, especially on the ridge.

Comments
Comments: Good spring conditions. Barebooted from Kanc to top of North Hancock - snow varied from firm to a little soft, varying with elevation and with exposure to the sun. Great views from atop the deep snow by the summit of North Hancock. Snowshoed across the ridge to South Hancock - good views from a couple of spots, thanks to the deep snowdrifts. Snowshoed down South and back to HLT/CBT junction, then barebooted out. Thanks to those who traveled this route over the last week, as their packed trail was appreciated - though snow earlier this week obscured earlier tracks, and even Wednesday's tracks were obscure on the ridge due to drifting here and melting there.
