 | Comments: |
I donned full waterproof gear to explore some of this new trail system recently opened by Southeast Land Trust of New Hampshire. Mostly old woods roads, but they can be combined for short or long loops. This particular loop was 5.2 mi. Needless to say, conditions were very wet with rain throughout the hike. The only problem area was some flooding on Marsh Road, which is not maintained as a hiking trail but is used as a snowmobile trail. Other than that, just some minor puddles and small areas of mud. |
