Comments
Comments: It was a good day to be out and stony brook was great. We saw two moose off to the left of the trail. Carter Moriah trail was muddy in spots that seem like they will just get wider in time if no rocks or bridges come into play. The summit we had to ourselves and there was a slight breeze. We headed down and made it to imp shelter for that not so bad grade .2 in the books and .3 on the sign. After we relaxed there a bit we headed to north carter. That was rock slabs and chimneys! I would say by far the hardest/steepest climb out of the 3 on the range. We then headed down, and made it to the imp face to relax before our last decent.
