Parking on Sawyer river road, no issues |

Dry Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
Climbing up Signal ridge trail, Carrigain brook had very little water in it, making it an easy crossing. On Desolation trail, crossing Carrigain branch was easy via rock hopping. On Carrigain notch trail, Carrigain brook was dry. |

There were 3 trees down across the trail on Signal ridge, and 4 across the trail on Carrigain notch trail. |

Plenty of mosquitos in the lowlands |

| Comments: |
The wind was quite strong, so it was a little chilly at summit. Other than that, it was a great hike, would recommend it. |
