 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Plenty if people park right at Mead Base. I started with just 4 other cars. Came back to a full lot and cars parked both head in and parallel. When you parallel park behind someone head in, it makes for a very tight exit of the head in car. |

 | Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |
 | Recommended Equipment: |
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
Hop overs. Non-issue here. |
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Could be blazed better. Trail seems to be eroding in many places |
 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Easy enough for dogs with some water. Bring extra for them and just make sure they are conditioned to hike 5 miles or more. |
 | Bugs: |
Plenty, you are out in the woods after all. |
 | Lost and Found: |
NA... But I didn’t look at the Kiosk at the trail head. |
