All were easy to rock hop |

All trails were in good shape today and fairly well blazed. Most were well signed but not all trails match the map I had. |

Didn't see any but all these trails were good for dogs. |

The morning started off great with a short run up the Livermore trail then quickly ducked into the woods on the Norway Rapids trail. The best trail of the day was the Cascade Path which was full of wonderful cascades and pools of crystal clear mountain water. I then continued redlining the area Including Snows Mtn. trail. The trail dropped me out in a neighborhood near the Rec. center and I had a tough time finding the Boulder Path which ended up being a couple blocks over. Finding trail is not always easy but if it was always easy it would become boring and take the adventure out of hiking/trail running.
