Comments
Comments: Started out following the atv road all the way to the col between the two peaks. It is fairly easy going for a long ways then becomes pretty overgrown in spots but there were moose or human paths through the high stuff. Just past an opening where the going got a bit wet, we started bushwhacking up to the ridge toward the first bump on Chickwolnepy Mountain. Once on the ridge, we followed the contour until we reached the jar on the northernmost one. Signed in then headed down to the col between the two peaks. Had to adjust our heading once we reached the col as struggling with some of the overgrowth had gotten us a bit off course. After a short climb through fairly clear woods, we reached the jar on the south peak. From here, we took a heading towards the spot on the road where we had started the bushwhack. Soon we were back in the high growth following our tracks back to the car. About a 2 mile walk on the atv road but not bad.
