 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
From an erosion perspective, the trail is in awful shape. Unmitigated erosion throughout, as well as trail creep so bad that the footpaths span 10-20 feet of width in many places. |

 | Comments: |
For Webster-Jackson standards, the trail was fairly dry today. Still plenty of areas of mud and slippery rock (scramble ledges up high were dry), as this trail is absolutely trashed from heavy usage without a sustainable footbed. It is really sad to see this trail continue to deteriorate. It's no wonder some folks have no interest in traveling it without adequate snowpack to cover up the carnage.
Mostly cloudy afternoon with seasonable temperatures. |
