Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: 4 or 5 significant water crossings. All doable with rick hopping. Some rocks are slippery.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trails were well maintained. Sections of blowdowns around Davis path between the Glen Boulder Trail/Davis path junction and Isolation Summit. One tree blocking the trail, but we went around it. Trails didn't have tons of blazes, but were still pretty easy to follow.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: We saw a few dogs at the summit. They all looked happy :)
Bugs
Bugs: Bugs weren't too bad. Deer flies were the worst and were just annoying buzzing around our heads. Mosquitos and black flies were not bad.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: There was something round hanging from a branch on Glen Boulder trail. Im not sure what it was.

Comments
Comments: Overall, it was a great hike and unlike most, I would absolutely do it again. The views are amazing and give you a different viewpoint than I have ever seen before. The other side of the southern Presis and Washington...amazing! Rocky Brand trail was pretty muddy with water running down the trail for many sections of it. It was a little slow going in some areas but doable and much better than gaining back the 1000ft+ elevation to get back to Glen Boulder Trail. We saw Gray Jays at the summit, moose poop, and moose tracks in the mud on Davis Path! It was a long but awesome hike :)
