 | Comments: |
Gale River Trail was generally dry with some minor mud in the relo mudbog (rare for this not to be a mess). The balance of the trails were mostly dry, though the North Twin Trail is a very loose descent in places due to unmitigated erosion kicking up rocks of all sizes. With the river relatively low, we opted to take the North Twin Trail between crossings 1 and 2, which was much smoother sailing than the bypass herd path.
Hazy, hot, humid day, though the summits had nice, cool breezes. Hut had fantastic blueberry cornbread. |
